French Press or triceps extensions can be done with dumbbells and a stability ball to isolate the triceps while you work your glutes, core, and thighs.

Form a correct supine bridge on the stability ball with your knees above you ankles and head and shoulders resting on the ball.

Hold the dumbbells straight up, and keep your elbows in this position as you lower the dumbbells down behind your head.

If you lower the dumbbells down to touch your earlobes it will make this triceps exercise much more difficult.
