Real WingTsun would bore you. Its the core of WT: the more show, the less WT. The funny thing is, that a common believe points out the visuality of effectivness! Spare with a WT-guy and he will react more activ than he would if you confront him in a real street attack. To cultivate ones unconscious reaction, that means the true purpose of WT-training, much people forget that.

Lazyness is expensive. If you get the main ideas, principles and forms in the first month for free, you have only the practise diligently. I think the competitors are as even `expensive´ as LeungTing - I know that actually... The funny thing is: theres only on science of fighting and you can find pieces of it everywhere, wingchun claims to offer the most of that pieces in one system and the better that wingchun ist, the less other pieces you will find! I wont spare you any efforts...

  • my GM Raimers learned Wing Chun by Leung Ting. He is one of the best Wing Chun Masters

  • Do you have the footage where he hits his pregnant girlfriend's head into the ground and kicks her afterwards?

  • lol

That is not an Aïkido stuff at the end...this is chin na

  • "Point of Balance" vs "Base of Support"

  • To defend like LT did, the kick has to be finished way before it hits you. Possible but not probable. He is copying aikido. There is a joint lock in the beginning. At the end, his student is just not rolling away very well. He is falling face flat. Not sure if it is deliberate to make it look impressive.

  • to run into the kik and bring the enemy over his "gravity-point" (dunno the word) is the best way. he cant kik you and fells down
