The latest on our tiny house... You'll see a lot of changes. My husband Joe and a few friends have been finishing the long list of work left to do on it, but it's almost complete. Hopefully the next video will be the last!

  • beautiful house! great music for the video.

  • @apexironworks LOL. That's a first. Most people hate the music. Youtube's selection is pretty weak. We wanted to use anything by The Rite Of Strings but that isn't an option. Glad you like the house btw.

  • I love your tiny home especially the loft. I was curious where lulu's kitty door is

  • @mardiwillis Lulu's door sits just below the corner desk. Even when we sit at the computer there is more than enough room for her to get in and out. We even insulated it to keep it warm. All the cleaning and changing is done outside. Having the litter in the house was not an option. With this setup the house is odor free and there is no litter tracking. I'm glad you like the house. It a lot further along than in this video. We'll have a new one soon.

  • Yours is my favorite, so far. REAL sweet job.

I'm curious ... Did you chefs consider an Induction cooking surface?

...Was it much of a trick to add the dormer to the plans?

...Do you consider the overall construction strong enough for much highway travel ... cross-country?

I've been researching/planning for RV full-timing and came close to pulling the trigger on a couple ... used Monacos/Country Coaches ... UNTIL I stumbled over this new TinyHs idea. My head has been spinning ever since.

  • @ibgroovin2 Thanks, glad you like it. We opted for a propane stove for a few reasons. Mostly we wanted to design the house to be off grid if needed, that and Joe's cooked professionally for 25 years and hates anything but a gas/propane burner. The dormer was pretty easy to do. We just changed the pitch to give a lot more headroom in the loft and all the windows add to that open feeling. As far as road travel, everything is screwed, braced, glued and bolted down. It's a tank.

  • @chucholetsm8one Could have, but did not want to. The porch is an extension of our living space. We enjoy being outside.

  • @ItsGabeTime We have been living in it for about six months now and love it. It's the best decision we have ever made.

  • Sweetest Home ever <3

  • Love the idea to have litter outside that solves space and smell:) I was also wondering what the dimensions for your home were? I love the taller roof for sleeping loft.

  • great design, only wish there was laundry then you'd be set!

  • Terrible music... ughh
