  • There are several edgings similar to our that are about 4-5 inches deep, so they also supplied with stakes to stick them in the ground. we prefer to supply 6 inches edging- and than it is enough to hold it in the ground for most cases.

    If the level in one of the sides is very low- 3-4 inches lower than the other sides than you must secure it with stakes.

    we sometimes use plastic stakes- and screw the edging into it- if really needed.

  • I have some edging like this, and one the installiation instructions they say to use little metal stakes to secure the edging..do you have to use them? I see alot of people doing it this way without the stakes? is it ok?
