@Studmeister17 I agree, he went from being brown haired and bearded, to clean-shaven,to blond haired and bearded,to blond and clean-shaven and back to brown haired and bearded again, he just grow his full beard back, he looks good with it, you know else has a beard now?, Rick Lyon (a former Muppeteer) I think Rick should work with The Muppets again, but loose the facial hair

It's the commonly use abbr. for They Might Be Giants. This song can be found on "The Spine", which was the first album of there's I bought. Check out my Reduced Shakespeare Company videos for a little more TMBG.

TMBG music is so apropate espacaly if you have seen or heard anything from "Here come the ABCs" or "Here come the 123s" both feature some hensonesc animation and puppet work.

I actually got into TMBG through Muppets in a way. On a Muppets message board someone was a big fan and drew John and John as Muppets.

Nice pairing! I love the Muppets and TMBG.
I also love that everyone in the '70s was rocking some pretty serious facial hair.

True. Jim has a beard cuz he has bad achne scars. Steves has one cuz he wants to be like Jim... or Amish. Dunno. Frank has a mustache cuz being bald and having a beard would just look weird. Dave has one cuz everyone else does. Jerry Nelson has one cuz he is The Man, and I swear he musta been born with it. Richard doesn't cuz it take away from that cute little tooth-gap. Jerry Juhl doesn't have one cuz he's a serious writer and has standards.
