With just 65 tree house-style guest rooms, Sunset at the Palms Resort & Spa provides a unique and intimate destination for a tropical holiday. Located on 10 acres of lush vegetation and landscaped gardens in Negril on the western coast of Jamaica, this all-inclusive resort attracts singles, couples and families.

Sunset at the Palms has won awards for its Zen-like architectural design and innovative ecotourism. In the airy guest rooms, Asian-inspired furnishings in dark wood and natural fibers provide a crisp counterpoint to the tropical surroundings. King-sized beds are dressed in white linens and pale drapes frame French doors. Private balconies with daybeds overlook the gardens. The slate-tiled bathrooms feature glass showers with four body jets and two showerheads.

The Palm Grove Restaurant is an open-air pavilion serving breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. The Lotus Leaf specializes in Asian fare and international cuisine, while the Palm Breeze Beach Bar & Grill serves afternoon meals including sandwiches and grilled Jamaican Jerk specialties for beach picnics. Just across the road is two miles of honey-colored crescent beach. The resort offers windsurfing, kayaking, snorkeling, tennis and a fitness center. Traditional cooking classes teach guests the finer points of Caribbean cuisine, and guides are available for nature walks.
