The end was amazing and frightening. Amazing because of the way she casually stated that we would soon be playing in more than 3 dimensions, which the vast majority of all human minds can't even imagine, then casually tells us we should stop now. It was frightening because I knew what she was talking about.

It's mostly chirality in organic. Biochemistry uses some of symmetry based math. (wasn't talking about the folding was talking about symmetry, though they are related.)
