  • I have only done one show but i did win best bike but it was more along the lines that I happened to talk to the judges and the happened to be the buy it and make it your own type so they loved all the stuff i had done differently the rest were mostly stock harleys but still great looking bikes

  • The only thing I noticed about the hyper charger is how much ass it kicks you will have to do a fuel programmer though since its fuel injected but you should already have that since you did pipes but combine the three and It's a totally different bike my brothers vtx 1300 can't keep up

  • I used a lift to do mine it helps to if you have another jack to lift the rear tire and use a bunch of axle grease to lube up the drop when I get home I have a digital service manual I will see if I can send you the diagrams to help you on installation

  • If you get the scoot works drop kit you can do a 1,2, or 3 inch drop with it I would suggest that try one if that does ok then see what two does

  • adoing this from my phone but with the bub jug huggers my pegs scrape before the pipes do but if you do the full three inches the bracket will scrape on steep speed bumps doesnt kick you or anything just scares the hell out of you the first time and also if you hit a big bump with a passenger you might bottom out and scrape your belt guard but i tossed that and run open belt any other questions hit me up

  • I had cobra slash downs before and they dragged all the time with my bub jug fingers

  • @Kgrxity

Was your side mounted license plate custom...or where did you purchase it from?

  • @Ventdemon lol sorry it was two seperate days lol about a month apart 1400+ miles each day

  • Good looking ride bro.

  • hey, i got the same bike and i want to put a wider tire on mine, did you had to do anything different when you put that wider tire on yours?

  • How did you paint your wheels black? And did you also paint the rear fender holder black or did you replace that?

  • Very sweet ride. I am still in the process of customizing mine (just traded my V-Star for the Vulcan July of 2010). I love the sound of the pipes, I'm gonna have to check those out. Did you need the Dynoject for these pipes or did you add it for an extra boost?

  • @Kgrxity what type of pipes are those?

  • nice bike bro, i have the same bike but no hyper charger.i have the vance n hines exhaust and the fuel pak,i want to add a hyper charger but ive been told that they cause problems.can u let me know thanks

  • I have a VN900 here in Australia, If mine looked & sounded anything like your bike I'd be very happy. You should film a drive by of your bike & post it on here. Actually maybe 2, one slow, cruising. The other ringing its throat out going through the gears.

After keeping it mostly stock since I got it new in 2007, I'm about to whack a hyper charger, cobra fuel processor & a hard krome 2 into 1 side burner exhaust. I order the parts from the US at the end of this week, hope they dont take long.
