@TheGuyNamedAnon @claire1909 I wasn't. For FF13-3, the only people who can save Lightning and Serah are Hope, Noel, and Snow. There is an even bigger chance for HopeXLightning now. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the final installation in the "FFXIII" trilogy.

From what we know so far, in the new sequel FF13-2, Hope is 24, because we meet him 10 years in the future. Light, on the other hand, is stuck in time, and is stuck as her 24 year old.
...This must be square enix hinting us something about the two....

@981407036x Remember that Hope is young and immature at the beginning, and watched his mom die in front of him. He's not a hero or anything, he's overwhelmed and weak. And he's REALISTIC. I know that if I were in his position that's how I would be too! But anyway, that's not why I love him. I love him because of his development in the game, how he grows up and becomes wise and strong. Hope starts out as a whiner, but he's great because he doesn't just stay there! :)

@11hoping22 dont know about you, but to me, Hope is just an annoying little prick, he's probably one of my least favourite characters in the entire FF series next to Vaan.
I mean come on the little dick cant even stand on his own two feet, every cutscene with him it's just him whining, and when he's not whining, he's in trouble and the team has to go save his ass

this is beautiful! i love light/hope (in a few years, at least). their relationship is great because they both genuinely care about each other so much, and have made it clear how they want to protect one another. and light helps hope become stronger and more mature, while hope brings out a caring side of light. i could keep rambling on about why i love them.. *sighs happily*
