This condition looks really disturbing. It does not look like a full aging process. Rather like a distorted blend between different ages. I hope that there will be a cure for it some day, if even just to stop the twisted aging accelaration. I also hope that those studying the disease will learn more about the normal aging process as well. RIP Leon Botha. May you inspire those likewise afflicted to live their life to the fullest.

@anjedsora Wow peope with progeria are seriously more enlightened and in touch with something more spiritual and deep and kind and just wow.. i cant even describe it.. it they are like "zen" especially leon botha. There is def something sacred and transcending going on here.

@Jayli0 since people with progeria age fast when he was 6 he was mentally about 30 probably so he was going throught the traits a 30year old would go through, hence when he was 26 he would mentaly be about 70 or so...he basicaly is dying of age, only faster :'(

a big up to not just Leon Botha but to all humans with Progeria, a big up for the shiny light of joy in their eyes, a big up for showing the rest of the world the achivments humanity can do, so sad thow that it takes a shiny glimt of your eyes to make me cry and not a tiny glimt at the world it self. a big up for you guys
