Whilst these stretches are good, make sure your bike is set up properly and it too will help prevent back pain.

One day when you cycle and experiance back pain with every ride, you might want to try this, I for one will give it a shot as i get extreme back pain from an old judo injury, will be intersting to see if this works.

an easier way to stretch you glut muscles is while standing cross your leg over above your knee and squat. "squatting duck"
