@baseballhunter99 Wrong! I own piranhas and yes they hate bone, however, a black piranha of that size and weight could easily take a finger, a huge chunk of meat, sever a vein, or anything else it wants to do. Never make dangerous assumptions about what an animal can and cannot do when your safety in in question. Also, that fish is so fast, he wouldn't have time to move his hand if it decided to go for it.

@BulldogLacrosse Well that's true if it's a well fed piranha then it's less likely to nip at him, but still I wouldn't even take the 70/30 90/10 whatever percentage chance it is of getting your finger skinned lol

@Tazzarinaa piranhas cant bite through human bone. its unlikly he would suffer anything more then a small gash. people rarely ever die by piranha's and will only be able to be taken down by a large school of the fish that would kill by ripping the skin from the bone.

@Tazzarinaa LOL true you cant predict what any animal will do, and if that happened i would laugh and say serves him right for putting his hand in the tank. I use chain mail gloves when I hand feed my carnivorous fish.

@DreweDeBoer Can't predict what it'll do at any time, might get a sudden curiousity and nip his finger just to see how it is, and bam his skins off and down to the white meat
