Fitna is a short film by Dutch parliamentarian Geert Wilders. The film shows selected excerpts from Suras of the Qur'an, interspersed with media clips and newspaper clippings showing or describing acts of violence and/or hatred by Muslims. The film wishes to demonstrate that the Qur'an, and Islamic culture in general, motivates its followers to hate all who violate the Islamic teachings. Consequently, the film argues, Islam encourages, among others, acts of terrorism, antisemitism, violence against women, and Islamic universalism. A large part of the film deals with the influence of Islam on the Netherlands.

@pycckuexyu The verse was only directed to those disbeleivers. If you read further, the verse also says to give the disbeleivers another chance...Imagine that. Lets say you had a family. And someone raped one of your family members like the Meccans were doing to Mohammad(PBUH) ummah. Wouldnt you just kill them? I know I would. But Mohammad wouldnt. If you read further, it says that if they repent for their actions, you do not hold the right to sley them.

When you examine a Koranic verse you must look at the time it was revealed and the context under which it was revealed. The verse in surah tawba that says to sley infidels where you see them was revealed to the prophet mohammad when the meccans were raping the muslims who were doing pilgrimage to mecca.
