Ridley Scott, regista di "Alien" e "Blade Runner", ritorna al genere che ha aiutato a creare. Con PROMETHEUS, il regista sviluppa una pioneristica mitologia, in cui una squadra di esploratori scopre un indizio sulle origini dell'umanità sul pianeta Terra che li porterà in un appassionante viaggio fin negli angoli più oscuri dell'universo. Lì dovranno combattere una terribile battaglia per salvare il futuro della razza umana.
