Funny, when I find stray dogs I take them to the shelter to be cleaned up, fixed, and adopted out. Calling the pound is a typical solution for lazy people. But to do nothing but film it is less educational and more mocking then anything.

Are all viewers seriously dumb? The male's penis swells during mating so they are stuck for a couple of minutes and the reason that this happens is to make sure that the mating is successful. That's nature. Yes, the female dog is in pain, but that's nothing out of the ordinary. If you tried to pull them apart it would cause severe pain to both of them. The owner could remove the other dogs and that's it. Now stop acting immature and saying this is animal abuse. Educate yourself first!
