Part of my job at work is to dry trays, I had seen people at school spinning books and stuff so I started trying. Got about three rotations at most for a long time, I just kept doing it every day and it's so easy now, I can go forever. My best advice is just to practice, don't think about it too much, just practice a ton and you will automatically learn to compensate and adjust for the shifts in motion and speed.

I approve this tutorial for proper use of the word "padiddle" in the description. ^_^

Hey bri,
Quick question--
I've been trying for the last couple of days to learn and although I've been having decent success, I keep running into the same problem.
When I spin, in order to keep the tray going, I have to make bigger and bigger circles with my finger until they are too big to be stable. How do you correct this problem?
Thanks!
Adam

@Adamfierman Hi Adam! This is the hardest part to describe. You need to flick your finger back to the center of the tray. Use a quick motion and force your finger to go back to the center. This action only takes a second, so the tray shouldn't fall off. Then, you can continue to make the little circles and keep the tray in motion. Hope this helps :)
