Extraterrestrial Life and Christianity

Is life on other planets possible? What does Christianity say about aliens? I take us through the common consensus among some Christian websites about this issue, while using other sources to disagree with these websites. Not all Christians think the Earth is unique, and there is one website linked below where a Christian says the Bible confirms aliens. The Bible, in my opinion, does not SPECIFICALLY address this issue, besides the Creation story in Genesis. Also, please check out all the links below, including an interesting article by Stephen Hawking, who is a professor, theoretical physicist, and a cosmologist. Although I am disappointed that some refuse to regard information like what I give in the video, I understand that people view the Bible as the word of God, and I cannot compete with that emotional and spiritual connection. However, I respectfully disagree. I don't think we are alone. *Although this video mentions the religion of Christianity (which is most practiced by those in the country I live in), it can also apply to any religion that views Earth as a unique planet. Unique as in, a sustainer of life.

You have some major problems with your suppositions. First, the quantity of earth like planets is irrelevant, given that we have never observed evolution actually take place. Macro-evolution is a dead theory that only the dumbest of atheist cling to like a life preserver in an ocean of Creation.

Evolution is simply a poor theory and so-called alien Contactees usually realize the {aliens} are actually malevolent deceptive agents, which are demonic in nature.

So seems the question on this issue is who do you believe, some mock and are sure there is no after life or judgement, however when you consider the reality of life, one has to ask how did it come to be, Scripture says In the beginning God Created the Heavens and the earth, he placed man on it and gave him dominion of it, with instructions, he also said he created other life forms, they also dwell in the heavens, So God says the Fool has said in his heart there is no god, I choose to believe God

For me I am so glad that the creator of all things has revealed himself to me and given me the option of eternal life rather than just this short miserable experience...I have known atheist who have come to believe....my sincere hope is you will be granted the same privilege before your passing. best wishes.

@nahum1943 Not at all. No one debunk the bible for me. I read it and threw it away myself. I did like Luke. And the revelations is a good creepy story that makes ya skin crawl or have little nightmares which is cool (only because I like horror stories) However, just like no one made me an atheist, no one can make me believe either. I can read new literature because that is the way I am. I love to learn. Even if it is about god that does not exist. It's good to see how fare humans need to come.

@FortuneGranted3000 as a followup, we all have times in our lives when we need to read or follow instructions for our betterment The bible is a history and philosophy book it shows us our beginnings as a people and reveals what happened after our parents put us in a bad place it goes to great lengths to show our sin and need of redemption I would encourage you to study it closely before writing it off learn for yourself do not allow someone else to debunk it for you please check my site for more
