Jessica is Urban Alliance's Director of Research. She holds a doctoral degree from the University of Connecticut's Human Development and Family Studies program and holds a master's degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. Jessica has worked as a research associate at the University of Connecticut's Center for Applied Research in Human Development (CARHD) and as researcher and clinician at the University of Connecticut Health Center. Her research interests include infant and child attachment relationships and positive youth development. Jessica, her husband, Pete, and their sons live in the Asylum Hill neighborhood of Hartford where they volunteer as mentors.
