The Bethlehem Area Public Library Youth Services Department has outgrown its space! Bookshelves, computers and tables are jammed together. The teen selections have been shoe-horned into the adult section.
Fortunately, the building, designed nearly fifty years ago in the 1960s, left room on the 2nd floor for renovation and expansion. As part of this Room to Grow project, the South Side Branch also plans many improvements to create a more family-friendly space.
The Bethlehem Area Public Library delivers a superb collection and resources along with outstanding services and programs for only about $17 per person per year. To be able to create Room to Grow for the children in our community, we need to look outside our operating budget. We need your help!
Join your friends and neighbors and be a part of a legacy for future generations of young people! Join us in giving all the children in our community room to grow, succeed, dream and learn!
Make an investment in the future of our community by supporting Room to Grow TODAY !
The library was a valuable resource for my daughter by supporting her learning disability with preschool books and movies which included sign language. BAPL was the only location where we could find these materials. Thank you BAPL!
