Business Insights provides a range of information offerings and consulting services from identifying consumer spending trends to geographic expansion to improved marketing and advertising strategies. The unique ability to draw upon data from both the American Express network and relationships with Cardmembers, allows Business Insights to take a holistic approach to analytics. The organization identifies strategic opportunities drawn from the aggregate spending patterns on approximately 90 million cards in force across 127 countries and works with business clients to provide data-drive insights focused on specific customer segments.
