Aw thank you!
And well, when I wash my hair with shampoo I only put it in my scalp, scrub it and then let it fall down to the ends. I never specifically mean to put shampoo in my ends. And then I usually condition my hair twice. I never put any heat on my hair without first using a heat protectant. And I hardly EVER flat iron my hair. Like MAYBE once every few months. :)

How many years did it take for you to grow your hair that long?!
And while it was growing did you get trims often?
My friends that have long hair never got trims.
And I've been in the process of growing my hair for three years now and it just keeps staying at the same length!
So I'm guessing it's because I get trims when I see my hair getting damaged.

Well I've only cut my hair at my shoulders ONCE when I was in fourth grade. It's pretty much been long my entire life. I probably trim it like...once or twice a year. I know that sounds really bad because most people get their hair cut every six weeks, but I take really good care of my ends so I don't get split ends that often.
