Christian demonstrates how resistance training using the Myosource Kinetic Bands helps him develop speed, quickness, endurance, power and explosion. He wears the Kinetic Bands during his stair training which doubles his benefits. Stair training is great for building strength in the "core" muscle group. His hip flexor strength has increased dramatically.

Train while you practice. The Kinetic Bands will work all your Core muslces during basic drills as well as sport specific training. Training for speed, quickness, flexibility and strength in your quadriceps (thighs) hams strings, gluteal (butt) hips and hip flexor. This will help you become faster, stronger, more flexible, gain improved ability to change direction, which is very important for soccer, plus improve balance and stamina.

We train basic core drills like squats, squat jumps, lunges-forward, back and side, step ups, box jumps etc. along with full range of motion running, jogging, ball handling drills, defensive drills and most any training methods you currently employ.

  • Wow, this is really good ... thnx ! just 1 little question how do i breath when i'm running around the field ... and what should i do to get back my stamina untill the ball comes to me ? Thnxs agaiN!

  • @HopeYouLOL work on slow easy breaths during practice or training. the key is to relax and breath. you can also work on breathing through your nose.

  • ANYBODY PLEASE: can I use kinetic resistance bands and do hill sprints?

  • @Ronniebarca10 Yes you can. we train athletes with hill running and it works great.

  • thanks alot for the demonstration, can you please tell me how to work on my stamina levels because when i start playing football in the 1st 10 mins i get soooo tired but the rrest of it i run like a dog lol everywhere so i just wanted to know how to make your stamina level better?

    thanks

  • Hello: The key for stamina is to push yourself and change up your routine. A lot of soccer players run long distance which is great but it takes other work to really build stamina. we suggest stairs, jump ups on to a bench, hop over, over a bench or chair 6-12 inches high, also backward sprints of 20 yards or so is a great way. our preference is not for ankle weights but they have proven effective. I would invite other ideas for anyone reading this.

  • Kenetic bands are for pussies

  • thy should put a vieo up of this guy sprinting to see how fast he is

  • where can i buy a pair of those leg things

  • @kakafastlennon they work different things so do both. Downhill sprints train using something called overspeed and uphill sprints work on strength and proper sprint form.

  • @kayakergod a real athlete would know that you use both and plyometrics are limited to explosive speed.

  • @myosource do hill sprints improve speed,or should i do downhill sprints to increase speed?

  • What's the point? The bands provide resistance half the time, and provide assistance during the other half. Plyometrics work much better!

  • Where i can buy this thing?
