You can specify your choice of HFS/VB or Dragon II's when ordering a Custom from PRS. If you bought one off the rack, it came with whatever the dealer spec`d.

Mine looks similar to yours, just lighter. Same pickups too, Dragon II's. My others have the HFS/VB combination with 5-way knob. It was worth adding this version to the collection, sonically.

@domtar This was a limited run of Custom 24s that was configured with a 5 way blade and dragon II pickups. There were quite a few of them on sale. Similarly, there were a number of custom 22s sold with HFS and Vintage bass pickups and a 5 way. It was just to mix things up in the market for people who wanted the other guitars' pickups.

Nice! Stiam ca PRS cu 24 au de obicei dozele HFS bridge si VB (Vintage Bass) in neck. Dragon II sunt numai pe PRS cu 22. Oricum s-o stapanesti sanatos... suna f bine! +5 blade switch ceea ce e f rar. :)

no!... those are the guitar originally pickups!

@dionicion1 Im pretty sure that only the Custom 22s have the Dragon 2's in them. Custom 24s have an HFS and Vintage Bass humbucker combo in them.
Either way, great playing and awesome tone.

@domtar i know what you are saying, but these are pickups on some of the new PRS custom 24, its a 2009 model ..the guitar was new! i can send you a picture with the origily certificate! it also has the 5 way blade switch, witch it great! its a damn awesome guitar, and kinda hard to find...
