Little did they know that nearly 30 years later that Meteorology would become a total joke. The weathermen these days are beyond clueless what the weather will be even four hours in advance. The weather forecasts of the last three years have been totally wrong hundreds of times.

John Coleman is very much alive & well, and is chief meteorologist at KUSI-TV, San Diego. He's been in San Diego since 1991...

It's something that the Weather Channel has NEVER changed it's logo.

A slight change a few years ago, they went from a TV shaped logo to a square logo.
