The sales resume must have #s and $s to be effective. You should outline total revenue generated (#/%), revenue growth, key opinion leader account conversion, total sales, highlight certain products, where you rank in the sales force (not #3, but #3 out of 75 reps nationwide). The sales manager is going to be most impressed by a candidate that can clearly highlight their success within a company. The candidate that doesn't put these important items on their resume will lose out! Good Luck
