  • MIlk is a waste and fattening as well. You really don't need it. Better off with low fat cottage cheese which is actually whey protein

  • i am so fuckin jelous.....i´d love to live in the 70s in the USA and do my workouts with all that people you mentioned.

  • @perunas80 I understand. I wish I could go back too. Enjoy your time now as it comes and goes very fast and you'll look back on these days with envy as well. make them count!!!

  • As a high school student in LA from 66-70, I used to walk past the original Gold's Gym in Venice as I headed to the beach near Santa Monica pier during summer vacation. I remember the first time I saw Larry Scott large and it literally astonished me that a man could have arms that large and muscular. Often you'd see BB's at the outdoor weight pit working out together, and it seemed they all were very good natured and simply enjoying life. Ric's correct, the comraderie has vanished. It's a shame

  • @Dayga Yep, it was a great time never to be duplicated

  • I knew that. I had a brain fart!! Lol

  • EXCELLENT Rick, I wish you eventually tell gym stories about Franco Columbu, Kent Keuhn, Mike Mentzer, Kenny Waller, etc.... this is the most PRICELESS information on YouTube as this is the "real stuff" from you, much appreciated my friend!!! 5*****
