Oh hi, it's "when you dance i can really LOVE". what you have as the title sounds accidentally retarded :D i mean it's really funny. to explain, your title makes it sound like neil young can't dance, but when he sees this girl can dance, now he can dance too. NO... that is not what this song means, it is that when the girl dances, he falls in love. not "he starts dancing too".
