here is a sample routine for strength endurance:
5 db snatches per arm
5 db swings per arm
10 burpees
rest 30-60 sec
repeat 5x
This is a timed workout that is recorded with less time and increase of dumbbell weight per session if you can, so you can get the benefit of it. It's important that you are explosive on each movement.
