Stop ragging on the man in the ball cap. He picked up on Amy's discomfort as soon as she started feeling awkward, and was trying to guide the conversation and ask questions that would signal to the OTHER interviewers to STOP asking Amy about her drug/alcohol problems and the people who were rumored to work with her.

she looked really uncomfortable...it was awkward to watch and i'm pretty sure even more awkward to be there!

That last shot of Amy was obvious she felt so awkward and uncomfortable with the whole interview...she looked like she regretted showing up.

They make poor Amy feel so uncomfortable this whole interview. This is the most uncomfortable in an interview i've ever seen her!
