the term 'anything you say maybe used against you' applies here. officers could of easily detained him when he said 'I AM A DRUG DEALER'
the best thing to do at this point is to deny a consent of search then STFU. once officers have an 'in' on you they can easily lay charges against you. remember officers main job is to protect and serve but obviously not you citizens. they protect themselves and provide service to those who hired them - higher ranks.

had this happened in a quiet area, this black dude had probably been beaten already by these cops. These cops released him because there was a camera pointing at them. The black dude did the right thing by rasing his voice so he could attract attention to the people around him. On the other hand, mann these are granpas police officers
