Speech on High Speed Rail in Florida - February 28, 2011

On February 28, 2011, Congresswoman Corrine Brown delivered a speech on the floor of House of Representatives to argue in favor of high speed rail in Florida and to denounce Governor Scott's rejection of federal funding despite the 60,000 jobs the project would create and despite guarantees Florida taxpayers would be protected from cost overruns or revenue shortfalls.
