(Here's a song)......A song that should be sung by every daddy to their little girl, their precious little Gem......I first heard this song years ago, sung by a singer of the 40's called Steve Conway,and then by Al Martino....And i sang it to my little girl......So come on daddy's everywhere start singing it to them.

@cadjunk Thank you very much Gwen i truly appreciate it....I also love this one...It's from the distant past around the 30's or 40's Sung by a wonderful singer called Steve Conway....He suffered i'm told from stagefright but he had the most lovely voice i have ever heard....Sadly he died very young 35 i beleive.....Have a nice day Guys....your friend Colin.

A touching presentation, lovely, your voice perfect! Our little girl is nearly 40 now....still with childlike qualities from time to time. Now, I'm my little girl's daddy, she watching over me. Ironic, this life....it's surprizes and twists. Didn't know my wife was watching from the door-way...."so nice" she said...with watering eyes.

Awww this IS the Daddy's Little Girls MY DADDY HAS ALWAYS sung to me,,,, awww I am in my 50s now and he STILL DOES ! For recen't vid, see KaytedianeKD of this. I LOVOUS YOU DADDY !!!!!

@OldTimeVoice He died in 1952 aged 32 with a heart condition. His recordings were made between 1945-51 and had he lived he would undoubtedly have been a great internationally known singer.
