The first girls received a lower score than what they actually received (except for Arkansas). That's the disadvantage of being between the first ones... For example: Kansas, Wyoming & Pennsylvania deserved more, they even deserved to make it to Top 10, while Rima Fakih obviously deserved more than a 8.3, her performance was like 9 or more...

But this always used to happen, at the beginning the judges used to score low because they don't know how the other girls are... it's a pity...
