@ovandocarter What - Truffles? Not entirely sure. Some plant nurseries may have inoculated young trees for sale to the public. Does it work? I don't know. Some people say yes, many say no.

Yeah it does look superb! Of course you don't have to wait until autumn to try the lasagna recipe. Many grocers sell Oyster, Shiitake, Enoki, etc. Oyster mushrooms are like a more potent flavor compared to the common button mushroom.
