Raw Video: Rescuer Nearly Drowns in Raging River

Rescuers in Peru tried to recover a body from a river near the capital Lima on Sunday, after floods left one dead and hundreds homeless, but one man was nearly sucked under the water as he tried to reach the body. (Feb. 16)

I can't stop laughing when they threw the tire in the water. LoL!!! Human evolution at its finest. Reminds me of that movie Tremors when the man thinks he's safe in the tire.

The caption is incorrect (i.e. he wasn't "nearly" sucked under...he was completely submerged multiple times at length...
