Film: "Re" (Yol/The path)
Director: Yilmaz Guney
A new series about kurdish cinema. This is the most grateful film of the most important director from Kurdistan (Guney is from Adana, turkish city with a large kurdish population). The film was awarded by the Cannes Palme D'or, an award that is considered more important than an Oscar by many people. Guney Directed the film from the jail, and He has the necessary help of co-director Serif Goren.
The film is set in Kurdistan, and the fragment is from Diyarbakir.
In Turkey may be you can't find this film (a lot of Guneys films were also burnt) but in some European Countries you can find it on DVD.
Regards.

  • @london4me1 Mango is an fruit you ignorant, 'mangolian' fuck. How fucking ignorant are you people. That's what happens when you live in london and expect people to believe you're a part of Turkey. You're not Turkish. You're not Kurdish. You don't belong to these lands and these lands don't belong to you. So keep living in your dog-shed, barking for the British hand that feeds you

  • Kurdish cinema? Adana is Kurdish?? What is wrong with you people?? Why are you so hell-bent in spreading western Imperialist propaganda?? The Kurdish people are a People, not some possession that you can sell to the West. This is called Yol, a Turkish word, the name of a Turkish Movie that is a part of Turkish Cinema. In reality there is no distinction between Turk and Kurd

Sadly 'Kurdish Cinema' only exists on youtube videos and internet chat sites, not in the real world.

  • @london4me1 oh come on just shut up; there is no kurdish cinema? So i dont understand what you mean by ''Kurdish Cinema". Yol is a film created by turkish actors/ not kurdish, and even if it was kurdish actors that is not related to Kurdish Cinema (it does not exist).

And, you speak like a barbar
