The jet packs of the 60's could only run for about 30 sec at a time. The ones made nowadays can run for up to1/2 hour. They cost about $200K and you can't buy one unless you take thier flying course. In Colorado, I belive,

no its not. we have had this technology for a while its just really expensive to make and run and can only run for 30 seconds at a time.
