  • @BritishPrashant They are Olympic bumper plates. They are designed for Olympic lifting and are all the same size regardless of weight so you can train the lifts/movements with less weight, with the bar set at the same height as you would with a 20kg plate.

  • If you don't think she's strong. Watch her ski. When she makes a mistake and is able to recover the way she does, it's because of her strength and conditioning. It's amazing how much strength and power she has.
