High Speed Machining at its best. The company I work for has 26 Makinos... Most are A-55s. They are old over 13 years, but still run 24/7. They have certainly earned their place.

I own a machine shop and have several Makino horizontal mills. I see what these mills can do everyday. Makino truly builds the best CNC Mills money can buy.
Thanks for making a great product. You make it easier for me to actually make some money.

Gnarly! I'm sure the hardest part is getting rid of the chips as fast as you can make them...

The sfm was 8,500. This processing utilized a two flute solid carbide endmill. Resulting chip load was 0.015 inch per tooth.
