  • gameboy was a honda civic, turbo express was like a roll royce back in the day, my speaker broke, eh didnt need sound anyway lol

  • im super anoyed. mine is liek totally broken. i opened it up an i cant seem 2 find the problem D: i wantd 2 bring it 2schoo xD its just that awesome...

  • @Pinhead222 I bet part of the board either burned out or the wire got disconnected. Only one way to find out. Open her up. If you do could you record it upload it and shoot me a link. If you get a good video of the circuitry I might be able to tell you. Or it could be a software issue but I doubt it.

  • lol big ass device with little screen

  • never mind, i just read the comment underneath of mine... Thats what I thought it was.

  • What's that thing to the right side of it? A tv tuner like the Sega Game Gear had?

Oh, and i was born in 1982 so i got most of ya'll beat... I remember seeing the Turbo Graffix for sale at babbages (game store franchise before eb or gamestop)... Along side with the Neo Geo. I always dreamt about getting those as a kid... I was stuck with my premiere gameboy. lol... But i can still beat the original Mario Land under 3 hours!!!

  • this thing was so badass back in the day, it kicked the shit out of original game boy and game gear. back then portable 16 bit was amazing!! i still say the same physical games working in the console and the portable was fucking brilliant, and i wish it continued today. i used to watch arsenio hall at night on this with the tv tuner screwed into the side.

    good times!!

  • What is the clicking noise in the beginning?

  • the best thing about turbo express was the screen. God damn it is a nice screen, it made the graphics unbelievable. The thing to realize is at the time you had this OR monochromatic gameboy LOL. The only negatives were battery life/amount and I remember the ac jack plug being shabby.

  • i had one of these with BONK and GALAGA '90 as seen in one of my videos on my page. this is an AWESOME system!
