Some later work of Gladys Becker mostly in her most favored artistic medium of watercolor. Currently in her eighth decade, Gladys is a member of the Transparency Watercolor Society, Illinois Watercolor Society, the West Suburban Art League, Park Ridge Art League, and the National Women's Museum. She originally attended American Academy of Art in Chicago and studied under Irving Shapiro. Her work has appeared over the years in many regional Midwest based exhibitions. A specialist in portraiture and still life she still paints and is available for commissions as well as her existing work is available for collection.
