It looks similar to the one owned by the "Flywheelers" located in Ft Meade, FL. It was built in 1914 and used for 70 years to pump natural gas. (consumed 10% of the gas it pumped)

Double-acting six-stroke cycle twin-cylinder gas engine. Drove a natural gas compressor. It has a very complex total-loss oil system and requires a very competent mechanic to maintain.
