  • Okay did everything correct. Hat looks like the top is far to wide, but the sides are coming up like it should be, Either I'm making hat a for a giant, or is hits supposed to be happening?

  • I'm unsure how many more rows I should make after the eighth one... measuring tape!

  • It's probably because of the type of yarn you're using and how thick the yarn is. I had the same problem. If you are making the hat for yourself, you might wanna put it on your head to see how big you wanna make it :)

  • Me too. I just cut it and gave it to my mom as a pot holder >.<

  • @sean2099 I'm having the same problem as phaythful and I am doing a single crochet stitch in each one. Mine is 14 inches across!

  • @Phaythful Yea, mine just looks like a HUGE ddoiley or something. Its a REAlly big circle about 14 inches across

  • @Jzxaii There isn't another video. You are supposed to continue with the same pattern (1 double crochet in each hole) for the next lot of rows. The reason she stopped is because it is up to you how many more rows you do. The more rows you do, the more depth the hat will have. When you have all of your rows you can finish it in the same way as she showed in previous videos and literally tie it off. Voila!

  • whens the next vid??
