i love this recipe! it's so simple and yet so delicious. but i've made it twice now and both times the middle ends up slightly raw. what can i do to prevent this? thanks :)

With your spatula.. slightly press..both sides..when you fry them.. that will help a little..and cook a little longer than you normally fry your egg.

The egg is fully cooked.. while you are rolling the egg.. it will be cooked inside.. so don't worry.. I don't like half cooked either..hehe
