...Warm peach cobbler, good for the soul some would say, extremely delicious old fashion homemade, southern style country cooking, (with a modern influence) creamy, sweet, buttery flavor, Paula Deen ain't got nothing on me, just look at it, hot crispy brown, smell that smell, make life easy use a stone ground, southern style, store bought mix, it's all in there, add milk and them there store brand el-cheapo caned yellow cling, sliced peaches in light syrup, stir-er up, pour it over the batter that was poured over the melted butter, shove-er in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes at 375 degrees, this is gonna be good!, shake on a small amount of pure ground cinnamon,, enjoy with a tall glass of cold milk, fresh frozen vanilla bean ice cream, you don't need it,, get back dog!, get back, leave a comment, subscribe, bookmark it, hit replay, pass it on,,, unofficial public service announcement for the week is how to keep your cats paw out of a tin can,, it's the year of the rabbit you know, the story goes on,,,, I would have used kumquats, but as always I have no kumquats,, R.I.P. W.C.Fields, all is well here on the east coast of Arkansas.........

  • I think you should have added a little cornstarch or sugar to the peaches to thicken the juice a little more.,or else you could have saved the juice to make peach jelly for yo biscuits

  • @lizzy3shoes1 Aaa,, lizzy, the juice is what get's you the extra point, no need for extra sugar, and cornstarch, just leave it out and cook it a little longer,,, peach jelly, that's what the big truck that turned over up at the big rock by the side of the road was loaded with, they gave the duck tape girl a half pickup load of that stuff, no need for more,, thanks, shopdogsam

  • Dear ShopDogSam, Listen, I have not been able to sleep for days, weeks even, wondering how in the world you're going to eat a big hunk of peach cobbler with chopsticks. Can you give us a little insight as to why you aren't attacking this thing with a fork? Does the chopsticks offer a strategical advantage that I am unaware of?

Please respond so I can get some needed rest, and put my mind at ease!

  • looks s good

  • Maybe the "Tip" should be to not litter. throw the dog-gone can in the trash. Keep the trash tied and secure so no rabbit huntin cats can get to it. (wink)
