Plenty of women don't like being stereotyped but stereotype men, want to encroach on men's territory but don't want men encroaching on theirs, and don't like men being sexist but are worse.

@AARRGGHHH It's not sexist. For a woman alone with a strange man - especially if he has just walked into the ladies' room - there can be a real fear of rape. I'd be interested to hear about a man who feared being raped when a woman walked into the men's room.
I didn't suggest that it's funny when a woman walks into the men's room. Nor did I suggest that rape should be assumed until proven innocent. I'm saying that mentally there's a big difference between the two theoretical situations.

Woman alone in public restroom. Man she has never met walks in. Woman immediately becomes worried about the man's reason for being there; specifically, that he might intend to rape her. Woman panics, runs away, calls security etc. Maybe the man simply got the wrong door, or perhaps he did have undesirable plans for the woman.
Question: Can you imagine that happening the other way round?
