@pianoadvisor This music of Bonnie Raitt has various covers. As for a genre, not only a lock but jazz is. Musical instruments are also not only a piano but a guitar, sax, etc. It will already be a standard number. Why does people mess up the notes? IT was awesome, when I heard the piano version, but this doesn't really sound anything like it.. Sorry, but it's truth.. :/

The embellishments you've added are nice, but they rhythmically push the melody all over the place so that you can't feel the flow of the music any more. It kind of just feels like a bunch of of embellishments shoved together just for the sake of having as many embellishments as possible. It starts to sound more like a composition exercise instead of a song. Embellishments and variation are most effective when they momentarily transcend the song's sense of time, not complete muddy it. :)
