Ken Gray and Stephen Thompson visiting from Tupelo, stirring the Qi on the Hudson in NYC with TCC.
Grounding through the soles of feet is an important component of TCC. Stephen and Ken challenged themselves to maintain flow and stability with a few TCC movements on an unsteady floating dock.

Thanks for the compliment. This was all very impromptu. A clue is our "matching" outfits, especially Stephen, wearing a life vest.

In TCC we ground into the soles of the feet. Stephen & Ken tested their grounding by doing TCC on a floating dock in a very wavy Hudson River. With a little physical and mental focus, they were able to move with flow and stability, while being on a virtual teetertotter.
In classes, we frequently come across students with balance issues. Those with Parkinson's or vertigo often encounter that same instability every day, even on solid ground. TCC may greatly enhance that sense of balance.
