how did he get it so all the bowls were set up like this?

most of the bowls can be set up by simply choosing the bowl stadiums in the stadium select during game set up. The BCS championship wasn't so easy. I had to sim a season in dynasty mode and help a few results along to get the right matchup.

@nadasfan oh okay so just go to ingame setup, and choose the teams in that bowl game? they have the bowl games in options

Yeah pick your teams, and then in the set up screen go to stadium. toggle all the way past the last schools alphabetically (x,y,z) and then you will get to bowl games and conference championship stadiums, etc.
