The V Max is my first bike and it has smoked just about everything I have put it up against (up to 80mph or so)The look on the crouch rocket guys face when they catch up is priceless.

@nopink2000 2.8 seconds actually. 3.8 is the pre 2009 max's.

Strange that someone decided to run S2 against a bike. It can do 0-100 in 5.9 technically, that's it. Even after investing a few grand it will not be much faster...
2010 VMax is 3.9 seconds if I remember correctly.

@cwillis500 in a 60mph pull yeah most defiantly would. but from a stand still most will not. vmax has a shit load of torque

there is no point in matching a car with a bike unless the car is the bugatti veyron,
Besides, The yamaha v-max is a extremely fast bike
